His most recent bedtime reading includes The French Laundry by Thomas Keller, Le meilleur et le plus simple de la pomme de terre by Joël Robuchon and The Oxford Companion to Wine by Jancis Robinson. His preferred periodical in the bathroom is Waitrose Food Illustrated, followed closely by Food & Travel Magazine.
